these days more and more schools would like to up grade the quality of their students. They try to rearrange the management, recruit many more new teachers and provide lot of tools and electrical mediums and invite lot of consultant at least they are trying to look after any other elite schools nearby. Consequently all of these need big costs and more attention or let me say the burden going up to the responsabilitators such as the head-masters, the vices and all teachers. The coming unexpected question will be just like.."are the students ready enough to follow those screaming plans?" or " are these for satisfying the school owners only" or " is this another way to get smarter strategic way of robbing financial matters from parents thru financial tactic?" well...as one of the consultant invited by one school, let me share this experience, once I had ever been trying to provide the very up to date ways of teaching in the meaning of students centered, the beginning it seems running well, but then the students looked more stupid cause they have not known yet what do they mean, You know actually what they want? they are just students, they just want to know first, be socialized, and friendly, fewww, finally tired..and having no capability to follow those up to date ways of teaching which more people say in trend..hmmm... I had been finally awake to look at those situation, I had been trying to understand the students more thru their psychology and finally I made my own decision, i will let them study thru the classical ways of learning but of course with more interesting shows of teaching, well insyaAllah finally we all know that our good students here, have not been ready enough to follow or satisfy you all the smart people want them to do with your high imaginations, let them laughter, reminds us how we used to be... keep all of your ways of teaching as rich collections of teaching and then insyaAllah, you all, the teachers will be wiser and truly experienced..good luck!
